In order to do this I find I have to wake up early and exercise first thing in the morning, and this takes a lot of time and effort. However, since using Fab App, my morning habits and ritual have become more \u201ceffortless\u201d. I still have to keep an open but \u201ciron clad\u201d mind. For example, if I am not able to accomplish my morning exercise habit and routine, or if I need to adjust my evening schedule for an additional activity, then I try to accomplish my main tasks for the day and then get back on track by the next morning.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Tina E.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">One baby step at a time and I remember not to beat myself up about it, if I don&#39;t do it right. I\u2019ve decided to do eleptical excercise for 45 min and read simultaneously.
