Ten at a time. First ten is when I step out of my bed. Second ten, when I go use the restroom, and so on. Sometimes I&#8217;ll even do 10 squats right before I sit down to use the toilet.  Just little reps for me of any exercise multiple times in a day add up and start to make a difference.
