I love just having a bag of them in the fridge and anytime I want something crunchy and fresh I just pull the bag out and eat them. It\u2019s a great snack to have and it\u2019s healthy too. Some other snacks I recommend are popcorn, there are many healthier options, cheese and crackers, protein shakes, low sugar gummies, sandwiches on wheat bread with good quality ham and cheese or make it vegetarian and use veggies or even a veggie patty. Besides her \u00bd PB &#038; J, I like to pack pretzels, apple slices,  small salad &#038; and a snack size Hershey&#8217;s chocolate candy bar. She eats the pretzels &#038; candy bar for snack.
