There will be always a choice no matter if it is at the beginning or after you can do a marathon. When I feel like that &#8211; and it is usual &#8211; I think how good my last time was and after the excercise how I felt myself, like I was really alive. Plus, I do so much what feels good, because when I overworkout myself, it is not woring anymore. On the other hand if you struggle with depression, have a little time to be with yourself and self love. If it is not possible, it helps a lot if you go to therapy and then your motivation will be better day by day too.
