Personally I&#8217;d say add the protein. Give a somewhat greater portion of your diet to the carbs, but protein comes second in priority.<br \/>\nAs of breakfast, I&#8217;d suggest you take a bit of time to calculate the proportion of nutrients in lunch, snacks and dinner and tweak breakfast accordingly.<br \/>\nWilling to skip calculation?
