Did you try to work out later during the day? If you did, how did you feel about it? Better, or you just skip it? Anyway, maybe you just need to change routine from time to time. For example, dance (if you like it) in the morning, once a week, instead of work out, or do something else that you like, that is physical. So you will have something to look forward to during the week. You should work out, but you can do that on your own terms.
