And it has been wonderful I sleep better and what\u2019s best i am resting, which is very difficult to me as I have a 2 years old daughter \ud83e\udd23"},"content":{"rendered":"

I think this is amazing. It\u2019s important to have a good rest. You\u2019re doing great. Also waking up and everything is clean makes it easier to start your day with the right thing . For example I meditate every morning and if it\u2019s messy around it takes a toll on my mood already in the beginning of the day. I try to disconnect and unplug as well in the evening but that\u2019s still not going perfect yet. And be more consistent on my evening meditation. Thank you did motivation.<\/div>\n<\/div>
