What I can tell you is that, at the beginning, it&#8217;s always a little bit of a struggle to implement a new habit in our life: it takes several days before you can easily go with that habit. Anyway, I think there can be several tiny ways to not break a habit: 1) By committing to it. Make a promise to yourself that you will do the best you can with what you have. Write down your intentions on a piece of paper  or a notebook; 2) Do it step by step: while setting your intentions, break them into tiny steps. You can try doing a tiny step every day, and see how it goes; 3) Last but not least, remember: if you experience setbacks remember that you&#8217;re human, that you need to forgive yourself on these occasions, and that every day you can start again. If it can help, write this on your notes: &#8220;I&#8217;m gonna take it day by day, step by step, and do my best with what I have in the present moment. If I experience failure or setbacks, I&#8217;m gonna forgive myself for being human and imperfect, and remember that every day is day One. I'm asking this because before the pandemic happened, I actually have a legit set of things that I always follow. I wake up at 4am in the morning, prepare for school, have breakfast, and then go to school. However, after finding out about this app, it really made me realize that what I was doing before was not a Habit (in my opinion) but an obligation. You see, if there was no school (face-to-face interaction) I wouldn't be doing any of those. However, even if I did manage to obtain a habit, and the same thing happened, I don't want to go back to that type of setting anymore, which is why I'm on this app to get me back on track even without going to school before Covid days.
