However, I usually make it healthy like a granola bar or some fruit. I make sure that it&#8217;s not too close to a meal time to eat it either. I have specific times for meals. If I want a snack that isn&#8217;t healthy, I usually use it as a reward or motivation for doing something I don&#8217;t like such as homework or chores to make those things more fun.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Christian C.
