This breakfast is great if you have a job where you sit still a lot. It gives you good fats, proteins, some quick carbs and some veggies for filler. Some slow carbs would be the ideal addition, but I\u2019m currently trying to lose weight.<br \/>\nThe most important thing for me is that the breakfast doesn\u2019t have any processed food or junk food as these lead to cravings and disrupts my focus throughout the day. Secondly that it has both fast and slow energy. The slow energy can be achieved through complex carbs like whole grain stuff or through healthy fats such as nuts, fish or what-have-you.
