Keep your floss in a prominent place where you will see it regularly, check your to-do list routinely throughout the day, then you will be reminded when you see it and when you check your list. If it\u2019s important to you, then you\u2019ll remember. If it\u2019s not important to you, then don\u2019t worry about it until it becomes important. Not remembering is different than choosing not to do it because you don\u2019t want to. If that\u2019s the case, remind yourself WHY it\u2019s important when you are feeling resistant or just force yourself to do it even if you don\u2019t feel like it. <\/div>\n<\/div>
