I have some bad cramps that literally leaves me hunched over on the floor if I don\u2019t take painkillers. But exercise do help. So I would say, take some painkillers and get moving and you will end up feeling better! I find that exercise makes me feel way better; it\u2019s a way to release the pain. I do low intensity workouts or resistance training with light weights. If I\u2019m willing to push myself, I do a 7 minute ab routine. I suffer too. Warm baths, hot water bottle , bit of TLC and lighten the exercise.  Any is better than none.
