I think it&#8217;s more beneficial to do something for the habit even if it isn&#8217;t exactly what you did before. Doing a little helps to reinforce the habit without overwhelming yourself in the moment. Do what you are capable of! I learnt to stop worrying about tiny details so much when trying to make lifestyle changes in the sense of getting the fire started. Consistency is key! As long as you are consistent in what is easy, you will be able to add more or level up in your routine!
