Then you want to combine three macro nutrients: protein, carbs, and healthy fats. For example, 3\/4 cup of egg whites with 1 cup of spinach and shredded cheese to for scrambled eggs, one cinnamon raisin bagel, and a tbsp of peanut butter. Or a scoop of chocolate protein powder with a cup of oatmeal and almond milk, a tsp of dark cocoa powder and a handful of almonds or peanut butter; you may also add a calorie free sugar to taste such as stevia or monk fruit. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div  class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Celina T.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">My breakfast is a 3 part meal. First I eat something that has lots of protein &#8211; nachni ladu, protein powder, or sprouts. Second I eat a home cooked meal for love and energy &#8211; upma, pohe, kuchkara, poli bhaji, uttapa, etc. Third and most important &#8211; I eat one full fruit every day.
