It really depends on the effect it has on you. For example, when I exercise in the evening it makes me very energetic and I can&#8217;t fall asleep for many hours. This app gives suggestions. Like for many people have difficulty motivating themselves to work out, so doing it in the morning before getting started with the rest of the day is easier. But if working out in the evenings works well for you, just stick with it. The only reason to switch is, if you have difficulty sleeping well after working out later in the day.
