But, for the inevitable mornings where you don\u2019t have time, or if you had a late night and slept in, I recommend keeping a box of clif or kind bars. I also keep protein powder to mix with almond milk (cow milk works just fine too). That way I can grab a bar and mix a protein shake on my way out the door.
