One of my favorite breakfasts is oatmeal with a banana, cinnamon, and peanut butter. I soak the rolled oats, cinnamon, and cut-up banana in a bowl with almond milk overnight, and then I put it in microwave in the morning (after adding the peanut butter) for 1-2 minutes.
