If you want to, go for it! But it\u2019s not for me. I\u2019ve always suffered from negatively skipping meals, so I try to get all three every day. But it definitely works for some people and I\u2019m 100% encouraging you to try it out! If it doesn\u2019t work or if it\u2019s negatively impacting your mental health, you can always stop. That\u2019s what I did. BUT IT WORKS! For some people it works wonders. I have depression related issues where I overeat then go to sleep that led to my weight gain. I take medication in the morning and need to eat. I\u2019m making changes by making myself eat something low in fat after drinking water and taking my morning medication to prevent me from eating a huge meal late in the day thus not giving myself the opportunity to exercise it off or properly digest my food<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Riley O.
