What I have understood lately is that you do not have to be perfect. There will be days when you cannot do as good as you wish. No matter how hard you try. It doesn\u2019t matter though. What matters is waking up the next day ready to try again \ud83d\ude0a But what I would do in your shoes is to limit access to donuts and have healthier alternatives on hand &#8211; have an apple or orange, a protein bar, a peeled carrot or a pack of mixed nuts on hand. You will be much more likely to grab them if they are on sight \ud83d\ude09 You\u2019ve got this! \ud83d\udcaa<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div  class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Doris J.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I\u2019m a morning person so I wake up fairly early. This gives me time to make a solid breakfast at home before I leave the house. I also try to save pastries for the weekend or special occasions like birthdays. I know it seems challenging, but even making some instant oatmeal (which takes about three minutes) is a great breakfast option.
