Add an avocado into your breakfast see if that helps.<\/p>\n<p>I found the more protein I ate the better it was for me. I added things like kimchi to some of my meals. I ate plain yogurt adding sweetener &amp; then a flavouring of some sort. You can eat a lot of protein on keto. I also ate cheese. <\/p>\n<p>Oh yeah, I bought grape tomatoes and kept them on the counter. I ate those. They helped me. <\/p>\n<p>I found when I started keto I found I had to go to bed at 9 at night.
