I make then ahead and they are perfect to have hot or cold. I use eggs, bacon, Spinach, zucchini and cheese but you can put it whatever you want. Season to your liking and put it in muffin trays. Cook at 180\u00b0C for 15 minutes and store in the fridge. I find these have plenty of protein and energy to fuel my brain and my body.
