I&#39;m a stay at home mom so I have a lot of responsibilities from the first moment I wake up at 6am (getting kids ready for school, etc) and so I tend to eat breakfast after 8am when I can take my time.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div  class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Elias C.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Meal prepping the night before or a few days before! For example, freezing bags of fruit that are ready to be put into the blender for a smoothie, making mini quiches&#x2F;egg bites that just need to be popped into the microwave in the morning, etc! Or just waking up 15 minutes earlier if I\u2019m going to cook. At that point I say to myself \u201cWell, I\u2019m already up, I might as well use these extra minutes to do something good for myself\u201d<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div  class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Serena O.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">It&#39;s hard to have motivation when eating something less healthy is the easiest thing. I try to have food that does not take long to prepare but is healthy as well, such as: yoghurt and fruit, eggs, and cooked meat to add to sandwiches with lettuce. It also helps to make healthy meals in larger amounts so that you can eat some for a lunch the next day. My favourite is doing this with soups. When you have easy options that are also good for you, you don&#39;t need so much motivation.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saideh O.
