Fridge oats\u2019 got carbohydrates, fiber, protein and fats topped off with berries or fruit so the breakfast will have you energised, full, satisfied and happy with stable energy levels for a long time. I like mine with rolled oats, oat milk and protein-rich greek yogurt with honey and crunchy peanut butter topped off with berries. Use a glass jar that\u2019s easy to grab and go in the morning!
