Based on what I see in others movement is the key to quality of life over time. And although I know there are benefits to all those other options like cardiovascular health and increasing bone density , etc. if you\u2019re not able to move because joints are too sore or you don\u2019t have enough flexibility any benefits become useless if you can\u2019t move due to pain.
