Secondly, I find it more useful when I say \u201cI used to be demotivated very easily\u201d rather than saying it using present tense. Your choice of words relate you to that vice of yours you are trying to overcome. Therefore, speaking of that quality of yours in the past tense will free you off your fear of falling back into that trap again and you are also reminding yourself that you do not do that anymore.<br \/>\nThirdly, if I feel something is important for me but I cannot stay motivated to do that, I usually keep that as the first thing in the morning in my routine and I make a tracker and set the goal to minimum. Once I start doing that regularly for more than a week or 10days, it becomes a part of me. I don\u2019t need to stay motivated to do that anymore. Hope this helps you.
