If you have a stationary bike, you could ride that. You might even like that more than running! Give yourself chances to expand your horizons and try new things. If it&#39;s raining then take a break from running and follow a stretching routine or do yoga. There are so many things that you can do that can either simulate running or be in place of running. If you have treadmill you could run on that, or you could try something else for your excersise just for that day. Rain can be super calming while running, but make sure to immediately get in a hot shower after. Also you can run inside if you feel less inclined to be out in the cold!
