Lifting weights can not only aid you in your exercise journey, but also help with regulating your blood flow, as well as giving you a better sense of security about your own body. buy different sized weights and slowly make your way through them, starting with 5, then moving to 10, and so on and so forth. If you follow this recommendation and you get to a point where you want to do more, then you could try exercises like bench presses.
