Engage your core when you walk or lift something. You can also take a walk during your lunch or a run if you are up to it. In reality if you embrace your inner child working out wouldn&#39;t seem like a chore. Go outside shoot some hoops or jump rope. If you have kids be easier if you don&#39;t.
