I get use to it and since it\u2019s the same each day I get better and better at it because I\u2019m getting more practise. Once I\u2019m really good at whatever I\u2019m doing I make it harder. I personally think it\u2019s better to stick to the same plan but maybe have some variety in the exercises you do. What I understand from the youtube coaches is that surprising the muscles by changing the exercises is a myth.
