Leave on the counter overnight. This lowers the glycemic index of the oats, speeds up their cooking time, and unlocks more nutrients. It should last about a week and a half in the fridge. <\/p>\n<p>You can cook it like regular oatmeal, adding some water. Or you can try it like little pancakes!
