I turn my daily routine into a workout.  At work I take the stairs instead of the elevator.  I tighten my glutes when I go up.  I may raise my calfs when going up.  I turn house work into the same type of workout.  I tighten muscles, I do lunges and squats when walking around cleaning, while.sweeping and mopping.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Ernest C.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">4-5 days. I try to go in the mornings to boost my day but if I miss it I go after classes.
