If you are feeling cereal then eat cereal, but skip the ones that are sugary, go for one that is better of maybe oatmeal. Second rule is to add fruit, if you aren\u2019t feeling too crazy just add a banana and mix it in the cereal. I usually have a chia pudding &#8211; i soak the chia seeds in plant based milk and honey overnight, then in the morning i add greek yogurt on top, some seeds for healthy fats and natural granola. Or if i want a savoury breakfast i usually have scrambled eggs with whole grain bread (cream cheese and spinach or other greens on top).
