Sometimes more sometimes less. Sometimes I forget to floss completely. I want to make it a habit so I can prioritize maintaining my mental health and well-being in honor of my future self. I have 28 teeth (32, minus 4 wisdom teeth that haven\u2019t sprouted), with each tooth having two sides. I floss between each tooth a few times until I see that there is nothing on the surface of my teeth and the floss comes away clean and without any plaque or residue. That\u2019s how flossing works.
