You&#39;re doing a bit in the morning to start you up and your doing more later on to have done more.<\/p>\n<p>But the main person to answer this would be you. If you hadn&#39;t been doing this before and you have started it and it makes you feel better and more energetic and it fits your day, then it&#39;s a good plan. Cycling at night is a good way to distress over the day and a walk is a good way to clear your mind. It could be a bit much for starters but it\u2019s a good plan.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Miqueias S.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Wauw, if you can keep it up, yes,  but you have to make sure it is not to much.
