I also like doing short, 2-7 minute workouts for a quick way to move my body when I sit around for a long time. Yoga is very nice for stretching but I really enjoy going on walks with my father. Actually, I started with body workouts for 2-3 days, because I haven\u2019t done workouts for a long time. And I thought my body should ger used to workouts. After 2-3 days, I have started workouts for porsure, as my porsure is not straight.
