I don\u2019t actually use any apps to meditate, I just sit and take deep breaths with a timer set. If you want an app then you can use headspace. I\u2019d recommend you just do it yourself though\u2026 and not to think too much about things like \u201cwhat should I think about while meditating\u201d or \u201chow do I not think while meditating\u201d, just do it EVERYDAY and you\u2019ll get better and experience great benefits, hope that answers your question dawg. Also there are verry calming sounds that you can listen to. The &quot;bad&quot; side is that you have to pay for it. But is only a one time purche of I believe 30 euro&#39;s, so its not that bad. After my Headspace subscription expires, I\u2019ll switch over completely to Medito. I like apps that sync with my mindfulness minutes. I don\u2019t think Medito does, but it\u2019s free when compared to all the other options out there.
