If you are new to exercise then start of steady and maybe only do one form of exercise a day. The more intense the shorter it should be, otherwise cortisol is created within your body which will break your muscles down. This is the opposite of what we want. Fast walking is a good form of exercise to take us in the right direction. Perhaps 30 minutes minimum per day.
