When I experience this, I look for simple things to be grateful for. Some examples: another day to be alive and start fresh, sunset, sunshine, etc. Finding gratitude doesn\u2019t have to be a major event. Keep it simple, especially when down. Always remember, someone has it worse than you. I don\u2019t have snacks to reward myself.
