I know that fabulous isn\u2019t going to hate on you for getting a little walk in. You\u2019ll have to figure out what you are comfortable with, but good work keep it up!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Kayla P.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I haven\u2019t taken a rest on exercise just yet. I do yoga so I don\u2019t feel the need for a rest day, but if I did, no I would not record it. If I didn\u2019t exercise &#8211; even if for a scheduled rest day &#8211; there\u2019s no exercise. Then again, if I had to walk a long distance somewhere perhaps I would have. Although I wish I would just mark it, because I think a day of rest is important to me especially as a Christian.
