Because I do the same thing sometimes. Maybe you can play some music, and during that time you stretch with the exercises on this app. After 5 minutes or so, you can stop and also stop the music. Take a notebook to journal about your day. Once it's a habit, it will be much easier to do so! Then you can go to sleep, and maybe fall asleep faster too. I hope this helps 🙂

Edgar P.

If you’re trying to get off of your phone before bed time I say make a playlist on Spotify premium or Apple Music that is long. After doing that since you’ll have no commercials just let the playlist play while you write affirmations/manifestations/goals in your own journal/diary. You also could do some yoga, cleaning, or deep thinking before bed with the music in the background that way when you go down for bed you won’t even think twice about your phone at all

Varnik O.

Sing a song that you love and know lyrics. If you play a playlist ( for example peaceful piano or sleep that is made by Spotify!!) tap on the 3 dots scroll down and tap on the moon set a timer for 15 or more and after the chosen timer the playlist will automatically stop

Johan C.

I rather listen to a podcast or read it feels better when you are getting ready to sleep and helps you get ready to start reading in school

Gabrielle I.

If you like to play music, play and sing to your own symphony! If you’re talking about playing music on your phone that’s great too. Before bed I like to decompress and take things slowly. I need to unplug because I’ve been in front of my laptop from studying and connecting with colleagues on my phone. I don’t want to be in front of all that noise, but I would recommend finding a way of peace and balance by playing an instrument or playing music on your phone and relaxing before bed. Time to refresh, reflect and relax from a hard days work.

Yilmaz G.

I like to read a book and unwind, or take a nice long shower after a long time and put a face mask on with a warm drink.

Maja A.

I would suggest a nice, simple way to cut back on the phone. But I have come to discover that sleeping while listening to music could not only impair hearing but could also disturb sleep due to the possibility of things like loud sounds suddenly playing in from sounds of the hard rock genre; I recommend you chill without the headphone and let your brain get the rest it needs. but if you find it difficult I suggest the timer option on some phones that stops all media like music so you can get the sleep you deserve
😀

Marius C.

Either an mp3 player or cds/vinyls would be a good option.
