I totally related to this but it wasn\u2019t really for me so i knew i had to stop that&#8230;I would suggest for you to turn on the night shift and the screen time if you have a nice iPhone! If you don\u2019t or that\u2019s orang work for you try putting your phone on airplane mode de, turning off the WiFi, using  devices besides your phone as an alarme and Keeping it away.
