Because the majority of people wake up stiff (unless they train and stretch daily), deep stretches might be tough, especially on those of us who sit&#x2F;stand at work all day. In the morning, I like to do vertical standing stretch to relax my shoulders and back. After that, you could do a cobra stretch (you can look it up on YouTube if you don&#39;t know how to do it). I don&#39;t know how is this third stretch called, but what you should do is lay on the ground with your arms being outstretched but still on the ground, and what you&#39;re supposed to do is, with your legs bent at the knees, move them on the right and then on the left side moving your head on the opposite side every time.
