Cook meat the day before and leaen how to make a real good sauce. In the morning, put the vegs into the oven and mix some carbs (rice, bread, pasta, potato) with the sauce. Intermittent fasting can be applied to dinner too\u2014unless of course you\u2019re too addicted to the pleasure of food. If that\u2019s the case, then I can\u2019t help you seeing as you\u2019ll make up more excuses for future diabetes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Max E.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">dancing to your favourite music wouldn&#39;t be a chore.
