That way you are used to not having the tv on while you are trying to fall asleep. It will relax your brain, and you will have a deeper and more restful sleep.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Cammy P.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Your body is more flexible at the end of the day because you have had time to move and be energized by the people around you. When you first wake up, you are stiff and groggy. But, after moving and dancing your way through your day, your body is more elastic!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Cammy P.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I think cause you&#39;ve had the day to move around and loosen up those muscles. When you wake up you&#39;ve just been lying down all night.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Cammy P.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Not really either I&#39;m trying to work on that but fitting in stretching. I deal with chronic pain every day so I don&#39;t always have the opportunity to do this it a been hard.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Cammy P.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Your body temperature is highest in the evening. Muscles and joints are up to 20% more flexible this time compared to in the morning, which makes it easier and less of a strain to exercise. Chances of injuries during exercise is also lower than morning workouts<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Cammy P.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Honestly? I do something fast that I love. Do you have anything that you like? A particular exercise or discipline?
