So I usually try to eat something. The best way to develop that appetite is by having dinner 2 hours prior to sleeping,  sleeping for 8 hours and then wake up and have an exercise routine. Making sure you have snack halfway between breakfast and lunch can also help with gaining energy and nutrition, and you would have developed more of an appetite at that point too.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Mads C.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Try having a juice or a smoothie or something very small such as a piece of fruit. If you\u2019re not usually a breakfast person then sometimes it can take a while to show your body that you eat in the mornings now. It sounds bad to say to force yourself until it\u2019s routine, but set a time for breakfast. Starting out, try to choose your favorite things for breakfast. Prep breakfast from the night before because you\u2019ll be less likely to blow it off and you\u2019ll be excited if it\u2019s something you like.
