It\u2019s not too psychically exhausting but it does help train and stretch your muscles! Depends of the weather.<br \/>\nI\u2019m handicap so walking can be a problem. But I do my best and walk at least for 1&#x2F;2 an hour.  Also have I have Restless Sy drome and nerve problem so at night and early morning my leg and feet so lying down is a big problem.
