The only thing that might help is to check on them as often as possible, to reassure both yourself that they are fine, and them, that someone cares for them. Your brother seems to be fine despite being self-isolated and your sibling love is what is allowing you to worry too much. You should try and focus on yourself instead of putting all your energy into helping your brother. You can start a book and talk about what happens each day during this pandemic. Take the time to sit, breath, reflect, move, &amp; feel good in your body. Ask for peace of mind, clarity, &amp; remember to be grateful for all the good things in your life. Keep your mind positive and font dwell in negativity.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Florence F.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I personally have been using self improvement and distractions as a way to try to take my mind off of the stresses, watching TV or a movie, playing video games, listening to music, anything along those lines keeps my mind busy for the time being. The same goes for working out and taking care of myself, whenever I\u2019m in that state it feels stress-free and freeing because I\u2019m focused on a goal unrelated to any of my stresses. One massive thing that only tends to exacerbate the stresses of day to day life and in specific the virus crisis like you mentioned, is social media, avoiding or even cutting it out of your life for a time can be extremely beneficial. <\/p>\n<p>I hope this helped, stay strong man, it will get better. But sometimes it&#39;s nice to go on a short walk, luckily we have a big garden, I go there often. Sometimes I make some tea and just watch the outside, to relax a bit. If you have a pet that helps a lot with stress. Maybe late at night just snuggle with your furry friend, or watch something you like. Horror films are not recommended.<br \/>\nBaking helps me to relax, maybe it will help your brother too.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Florence F.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Will i try look on the brighter side of this virus like my get to spend time with my family some family members through. And this pandemic actually helped me it made me think how good i have it and i figure out that i like writing. I lost family members due to covid if my brother had covid i would be scared too but I would try relax maybe listen to your favourite music and read a book.  Watch your favourite movie but if you can\u2019t relax and you need to cry its fine too, crying helps reduce stress.
