Meditation is about focusing on breathing and when distractions come, just acknowledge them and re-focus on breathing. Of course it is better when it&#39;s quieter so maybe taking a walk in nature sometime, or before the kids wake up, or during a shower. Maybe even commute, or if possible let it be a family exercise you can do with the kids!<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"thefa-test2 thefa-entity-placement\" id=\"thefa-4069682900\"><div id=\"thefa-2278821239\"><style>.thefa-test2 {margin-bottom: 24px;}<\/style>\r\n<div class=\"banner-content-position light-viol\">\r\n<div class=\"banner-text max400\">Start making your days count<\/div>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/start.thefabulous.co\/onboarding\/fabulous-initial?utm_source=community-qa&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=afterfirstquestionoranswer-purple-achievegoals\" class=\"banner-cta red w-inline-block\">\r\n<div>Try now<\/div><\/a>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Bobble G.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">This would depend on the age of your kids if they are young and take naps I would use that down time if they are older maybe you could get them to participate and be able to use this healthy habit in their lives in the future or have them play in there rooms and set those boundaries with them even just 10 to 15 minute of meditation would be really helpful<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Bobble G.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Take time in the morning and night for your morning and night routine in the bathroom. Nobody can deny you this time for yourself. You can also use the time when your on the way to some place, cooking or just before bed to do these things more consciously and aware of what you are doing, focusing on what you are doing.
