I sometimes get really into cleaning and I will be doing some pretty deep cleaning for hours, so setting a timer would help me to take breaks and to not overwork myself. Like when it become excessive and unnecessary stop.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">M Ria S.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">In my experience over the years I\u2019ve raised a family you need to prioritize if one day you\u2019re just gonna clean the kitchen do that and that\u2019s it if one day you\u2019re just going to do laundry then just do you laundry you have to prioritize because if not you will overwhelm yourself and nothing will get done it only get half done<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">M Ria S.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Obsessive isn&#39;t always better. Divide tasks into smaller chunks or shorter time periods, stop when time is up or section is complete.
