Do some breathing exercises, drink water just calm yourself down. At a time where you think it\u2019s best and you have gained energy, it\u2019s time to exercise.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Andrea U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Driving straight to the gym. Working out at the gym is a good environment to dive into. The energy is always pulsing, there\u2019s music, and seeing other people working out will be motivating. Plus you can take a nice hot shower there and know that when you get home you\u2019ll be accomplished and will have nothing else to do but relax.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Set smaller goals first as they usually lead into healthier choices later on. Much like saying you&#39;re going to at least walk for 5 minutes and once you&#39;re out there it makes it easier to decide that you can go for another 10 minutes. But it&#39;s no big deal if you only do it for 5 minutes. It&#39;s better than not at all.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Andrea U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">By having a strong reason why to change, and why to be better. There are lots of reasons on why to change, and even small reasons count.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I don\u2019t really know but if I\u2019m not in the mood to do a workout I usually like to think of how I\u2019ll feel afterwards and how good it is for you and it kinda just makes me want to do the workout.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Andrea U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">have your equipment ready as soon as your home so you can get right into it! but remember, it is always better to take a break than to make your habit turn into a chore \ud83d\ude42<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Maybe begging your work out with some relaxing exercise like yoga or some stretching. If your body is tired you should listen it and let it rest<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Make yourself do just plank for 1 min, so you will be like just a minute why not..!! Then if you start that you can continue<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Andrea U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">As soon as you arrive change your clothes, try to put these ones ready to wear before u leave the house, also everything you need to practice the exercise. That would help to do it effortless. To think how exercise makes you feel, how good makes you.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Try to remind myself of my goal and well being. Take pre-workout and fat burning pills. How much more energy and motivation to finish course work. Feel better mentally.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">After a long day it&#39;s difficult to excercise but it&#39;s not impossible if you are determined to be healthy ..<br \/>\nMake a note to self and hang it somewhere you can clearly see it everyday . Motivation is the best solution , so set motivating reminders on your phone and remind yourself why you started exercising at the frst place &#8230;. Also it&#39;s perfectly fine to take a break some day ..but make sure it doesn&#39;t exceed more than a day or maximum two .  Make a playlist for your workout and change the songs every two weeks or so &#8230;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Always remember to take a small break for relaxing after a long, hard work day atleast for 5 minutes. Hard working is a good work, but it can make you feel overwhelmed and exhausted. Try doing exercise that is low-intensity while you taking a break.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Find any source of motivation, and stick with it. I know personally it can be hard to find motivation in some situations, but think of how good and proud you\u2019ll feel after that work out! Go you!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">You can give yourself a gift when you do that. For example your favourite drink or some stickers or even watching a movie<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">To be honest I find this hard as well but once you do it you feel so much better and proud of yourself, it makes you feel happier and like you have completed a challenge. I know it can be hard but it&#39;s worth it<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Remember, it\u2019s just five minutes. Just tell yourself, only five minutes. Once five minutes elapses, you\u2019ll see if you want to finish strong. Or stop there.<br \/>\nBut I believe in you! You can do it!!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">What I do is that, after a long day I take a small break to rest and eat. Then when Im ready a go in to the app and find myself some exercise and press play (before I get a chance to overthink, and say to myself \u201cI\u2019m too tired, I\u2019ll do it another time\u201d). And then I just get up.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">You could make your exercise something nice and perhaps even a time to relax or to out your emotions and frustration of the day. Make it a short session. I recommend having a short and long exercise session ready to choose from, so when you&#39;re tired you only need about 5 minutes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">You will  have to form a good mental connetction. Listen yo music that motivates you (you can listen to songs that you noramly dont if you like the slow jams like i do \ud83d\ude42  ), do dance warmups, honestly clap  a little bit after a exercise  or a set or just say thanku you. <\/p>\n<p> Think ehat will happen if you don\u2019t do this. What will not gappen? Will you feel amazing?<br \/>\nRemind yourself why you are there, imagine yourself in a hour veing proud or in 6 months feeling more amazing than ever.<\/p>\n<p>If you ever feel like you shoulde&#39;ve started  earlier just remebrer:<br \/>\n,, Best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, next beat time is now&quot;<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I think of it as a responsibility, not to others, but to myself. I assume it as a task that should be done, whether I like it or not. That&#39;s a principle of being future you. It doesn&#39;t have to be a big exercise, it could be a 5-10 minutes yoga routine. The best way is just to get into it. Instead of thinking &quot;I can&#39;t&quot; or &quot;I don&#39;t feel like it&quot; or &quot;I&#39;m so tired&quot;, just start doing it and you&#39;ll be done with it in no time. They say it&#39;s great to tie those activities to some trigger activities in your life. For example, the activity of working out could have a trigger activity like brushing your teeth in thw morning or in the evening. After some time, shen you brush your teeth, you&#39;ll just get the habit of doing the exercises too.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Andrea U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I think on these days you should just take it easy, do a light workout, do some stretching&#x2F;yoga. Just to get your body moving.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Just take a short break after returning home then do a quick warm up to condition yourself. It is key to stay  disciplined even when lacking motivation<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Lars U.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I think you can exercise but not too long and not too hard because you must be tired right after long, hard day at the office.
